Custom & Personalised Items

All custom-made, personalised, and made-to-order items are created specifically to your requirements. As a result, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

By placing an order for a custom item, you confirm that:

• All sizes, colours, spellings, artwork, and design details have been checked and approved before production begins.

• You understand that custom-made products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

• Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of our products and do not constitute a fault.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
