Custom Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are custom made to order specifically for each customer. As every item is produced individually once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or no longer wanting the item.
Please Check Sizing Carefully
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct size is ordered before completing their purchase.
Please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product listing.
Chest measurements shown are 'to fit' body measurements, not the physical dimensions of the garment.
If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
As each garment is custom made, we cannot exchange or refund items ordered in the wrong size.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or amended. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
